Healthy Minds Calderdale Link Service, for people stuck in a ‘crisis loop’
The Healthy Minds Calderdale Link Service is for people who:

  1. have had reason to contact emergency services (about themselves) within the last 6 months
  2. are feeling stuck in a 'repeated crises loop' where no one seems able, or has the time to help with changes
  3. report falling just short of being able to access longer-term help from statutory services
  4. might clearly benefit from a structured approach to making specific changes in their lives that they themselves have identified
  5. are ready and willing to engage with such a process of change

The Link service provides a structured approach comprising three elements: 1:1 planning for change sessions, Problem Solving sessions and a less formal Drop-in space, with clear agreed aims.
