'Here For You' is the new name for the charity's Safe Space and Well-Bean Crisis Cafes, which offer an out-of-hours service offering face-to-face support to anyone feeling down or struggling to cope.

The service has grown since it first launched with a Well-Bean Crisis Cafe at Lincoln Green Community Centre in 2016,  initially for two nights a week, for people seeking support in the evening for thoughts of depression, loneliness, anxiety, self-harm and suicide.

It now offers this service seven nights a week, 365 days of the year across Leeds, Kirklees and Wakefield, together with partners Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service and GASPED in Wakefield and has supported over 2,000 people access free, confidential, same-night support when they need it most.

In 2023 alone, Touchstone said teams across the three areas provided over 4,000 hours of support.

The Here For You service will continue to offer this support every evening from 6pm until midnight.

The new service name and look were created with input from visitors who have used the spaces and services themselves, to help reach people who also might need support.
