On February 23, a mental health awareness play will be performed at the Leeds School of Arts Theatre.
The play is inspired by Ross McCarthy, who took his own life in 2021. The play explores the impact of suicide on the whole family and asks whether mental health provision should be more widely available.
Five professional actors will perform the play. In addition, there will be a post-performance discussion and signposting for support available.
The play will have two performances on February 23 at 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm.
The play is free to all, and those wishing to attend can register on Eventbrite.
