During the 12 months from March 2020, Mind in Bradford supported more people than ever before: helping 3,322 people at 23,172 attendances across its services. This included 8,712 calls to Guide-Line, 2,995 sessions of Sanctuary crisis support and 4,680 attendances at wellbeing groups.
In a year like no other, the mental charity worked hard to expand and adapt its services to meet the needs of its local communities. It launched a new children and young people’s service, made its Guide-Line service free for all users and began offering an online live chat, and received the brilliant news that they will be the new lead provider for the Youth in Mind partnership.
