Northorpe Hall Child and Family Trust's 'Positive Minds' sessions are for anyone, in that age bracket, who has worries or anxieties getting in their way.

The Positive Minds project supports young people with anxieties around accessing education, employment or training and the charity is appealing for those who are worried about their next steps, are anxious about going back to school, college work or just getting on with life to come along.

The extra sessions will be held at the Packhorse Centre, Huddersfield, every Tuesday to September 13, with a wellbeing walk at 11am to 12.30pm and drop-in from 1.30pm to 3pm.
