Guest speaker slots have now been finalised for our upcoming meeting of the West Yorkshire Suicide Prevention Advisory Network. 
These meetings occur quarterly and are three-hour online, informal, drop-in meetings where members can listen to guest speakers share their suicide prevention work and/or experience.
For the next meeting - which is set to take place on June 6th from 9am to 12noon - the agenda will include talks on:
- Suicide prevention and the trans communities of West Yorkshire - by Jules Stimpson of Leeds Mind and Louie Stafford (Our House, Wakefield).
- Engaging men: what have we learned through the delivery of Men in Health to date - Liaquat Ali, Men in Health, Touchstone.
- Communications, Support and Follow-up: people with lived experience tell us how to get it right - Jess Parker, Arlie Haslam (Leeds Mind) and guests TBC
- Suicide Prevention in Primary Care from a GP point of view - Dr Gwyn Elias, GP Leeds, NHSEI Personalised Care Regional Clinical Lead (NEY)
